On the morning of the 12th, I placed an order on Taobao. I got it last night and looked at the production date. Well, it’s March 10th, but only 4 days. The word “raising beans” came into contact with me the first time I bought coffee beans. Fortunately, Mantening, which was obtained on February 6, was produced on January 24. It should have passed the bean-raising period early. The fragrance is very strong, and I don’t have to endure the suffering of raising beans. The following two models are cheap and the dates are ambiguous, so they don’t care too much. But this time it’s very different. Obviously, the fragrance is not as good as the previous one. After consulting a number of articles on bean farming, there are different opinions, and they are wondering whether to open the seal tomorrow to solve the problem.

Logicably speaking, carbon dioxide can emit 60% in 4 days, and I also want to compare the hand-made results of fresh coffee beans. Therefore, I secretly decided to taste it in Kaifeng and have a quick look.

12日一早,我在淘宝上下单了之前喝的曼特宁,昨天晚上取得,看了一下生产日期,好吧,3月10日,不过仅仅4天。“养豆”一词在我第一次买咖啡豆就有所接触,好在2月6日取得的曼特宁于1月24日生产,应早早过了养豆期,香味很浓,不必忍受养豆的煎熬。后续两款因价格便宜,标注日期模棱两可,便也没有过多在意。可是这次大不相同。明显香味不及之前同款。查阅多篇关于养豆地文章资料,众说纷纭,纠结于明日是否开封以求解馋。
按道理说,4天二氧化碳可以排出60%,我也想比较新鲜咖啡豆的手冲结果。因此,我暗暗决定,开封浅尝,一睹为快。
