A few days ago, I selected two coffee beans in Taobao and TikTok Mall, namely Yega Sheffield and Honduran Shirley. Yesterday, I took out the two beans and bought some instant noodles by the way. After eating, I washed a pair of Shirley’s beans. Maybe the water temperature was too high. At first, I smelled strong whisky and vanilla, but it was sharp and sour in my mouth. There is a sense of astringency after cooling down. This morning, I endured the discomfort and took several mouthfuls, nausea, and the rest was really unbearable. I don’t know if there is something wrong with my brewing method or the beans themselves. Later, a pot of Yega Shefei was brewed. Somehow, the ground coffee powder was extremely thick, the wet citrus was obvious, and the mouth was quite sour. There is no coffee flavor after cooling. For me, it’s just a cup of sour water. Well, these two kinds of beans can only be said to be fresh. Just like the flower tea in the tea, I really can’t get a good impression. I prefer mellow beans with chocolate cocoa and a little smoky, such as Mantening. Next time I will definitely choose Guatemalan beans or Mantening. Try it for more than 50 yuan. It hurts a little. Don’t buy fragrant beans cheaply. I really can’t appreciate the light-baked beans and fruit-sour taste.
